| for all the NYE resolution-ares give up on their goal and leave the gym. I hate waiting for a group 8 paki guys to finish up on a machine not even knowing the proper way to use it. |

| I have completely avoided the gym in the last week for this very reason. Last time I was there some dude was doing crunches hanging off the ing squat rack. |

What? How does that work? Was he exceptionally agile and doing them upside-down? Surely someone with that kind of strength knows better... |

Yea, or the morons who workout their biceps, triceps, chest, back and abs during a single gym visit.
"We're going to get soooooo ripped soooooo quick."
"I'm soooooo ing dedicated to this , bro!"
Retards.
You're taking up machines and weights other people who know what they're doing could be using. |

I used to do that all the time.
That and 1 arm chinups. It's great for your stabilizers, obliques lower and upper abs.
Its easier to do this then apply weights to your ab exercises which can be extremely awkward and bulky.
Also weighted dips were another one of my favorites.
strap on 90+ lbs and get HUGE!!!!!! |

Generally the whole purpose of machines is for people who don't know what they're doing.
They are great for beginners who need to control their form in isometric excecrises.
also good for cool down sets.
I need to stat exercising again lol It's been years. |

The only thing as funny as the d-bags that make the temp commitment to the gym every first week of january is how there are so many of these threads and discussions online calling out those d-bags.
Every year its the same story: NYE pumped gymtards and the actual gym goers who hate the site of the fakes.
