| I rarely come to this side of the tracks but getting buzzed watching Django and I must say I like it...I like how Quentin is making movies about people rising against their oppressor - I think its well done |

| Shoulda ended when he got caught. After that everything was slow drawn and torturous. I understand he had to win, but could we cut Candy's sililoquie and save 20 minutes? |

| It was alright... nothing amazing for sure. Really nice concept, great acting by Waltz and Jackson, entertaining enough but meh. People seem to love it so I dunno. |

Yeah, it has some pacing issues in the final third or so. That said, I immensely enjoyed it anyway.
It is again a very clever film which uses and reworks some of the key blaxpoitation and western motifs (among others) to comment on a dark chapter of history. It's not such a masterpiece as Basterds, though. |
