First, you linked to the wrong post. Second, I just read through the thread you made and there were actually quite a few decent responses early on. You should've responded to those posts and been grateful. Instead, you responded to one troll post, taking the bait, thereby inviting more people to come in and cause in the thread. It's your own fault - you could have chosen to respond to those who contributed constructively, but you didn't.
Also, one of the things that made this forum so "great" back in the day was the freedom that the moderators allowed here. That freedom for users still exists to this day. Either you're capable of handling it or you're a . In this case, I'm inclined to say that you're a . |

how about something comparable to here but just not trance obssessed , hell I don't even care if they have a big orange population there... |

Azurin, Azurian, Azu are all names for the same race, for the sake of convenience i'll use Azu =)
From what I recall, the Azu; are a race of beings evolved from an aquatic creature.
Average height is 5 1/2 feet, very slender and agile. Skin color is semi-translucent light blueish-purple and is wet and somewhat slippery to touch, close analogy is a jellyfish, but more opaque. Skull is oblong with 3 eye sockets arranged in a semi-circle formation, no hair on body only faintly scaled on head and other parts. Arms and legs have small retractable fins swept backed on the outside of body and is used for swimming. They are slightly redder then skin.
The language when used is very complex, and uses a symbol for entire sentences, the symbol structure is similar to Korean where each one is made up of smaller parts to form syllables on in this case the entire sentence. The phonetics is difficult to translate but it uses a lot of "h" sounds. In fact my avatar is one of these symbols, (yrh)esh (tehr)-rahs, which shortly translates to, "activate myself" it is a very fast spoken language, also it would take me nearly half an hour to explain how to say this phrase correctly using English phonetics. I'll save the grammar lessons for later =)
The Azu have highly advanced technology, based on energy, dimension, liquid, crystals, and stone.
I have brief glimpses or better to say; the mimetic memory of using the technology's interface, which is a liquid crystalline sphere. The sphere is essentially a keyboard, it can be manipulated via mental and physical forming. The sphere also acts as a computer but the monitor is the user's own mind. Most of the technology is liquid-crystalline based.
The main achievement of the race was the merging of the bodies to form a proto-energy form, part physical, part energy; the best of both forms. Allowing abilities that even confuse me ,and the ones I do understand are near impossible to explain without confusing others and causing heads to hurt. I still have no solid reason why I chose to incarnate as a human. Weirdly I feel as if my spirit is trying to convert my body to fit it better.
Well this is a good start so I will leave it at that, I'll post more information when it come to me or when you ask questions; whichever comes first. |

| The "proto-energy" form you're talking about sounds interesting. Do you have a simplified version to explain its properties? Because I think I might have a similer idea swimming around in my head. |

Basically it means that the race is in the evolutionary process of becoming energy, they are half physical and half energy. As you may know all living things have auric bodies, layers of energy encompassing the body. The most dense being the physical body.
The Azu are proto-energy because they have evolved to the point (as a race) where all but the last auric body has been merged into one body. Once the last auric body is merged the physical body will be converted into energy and cease to exist in this dimension.
Evolution for the Azu has temporarily stopped, because they are not ready yet to forever loose their bodies in this dimension. So before they loose connection with this dimension they choose to help other races evolve, until they deem ready to continue evolving. |
