No one else probably booking him ,therefore, I don't blame him.

He doesn't have a huge following in the US so whatever works to get his name out there.

Yeah, that's totally not true.

he has a pretty big following in the states dont be fooled
his booking fee is super high tho, plus with the recent raids on alot of techno parties no one wants to take the risk now
so this will be a sure payday for him. hopefully things within the scene die down

Let me rephrase ... he is not a mainstream or "household" name in the US. Thats why at E Zoo he wouldn't be put at the top of the bill as a headliner although he did manage to take a lot of people away from the mainstage because of his loyal fans and the fact he has skills

All the more reason his recent NYC bookings are odd and out of place. Some ritzy bottles and models party at Capitale or Cipriani is what people like Kanye and Jay-Z do when they launch an album, not Marco Carola who is at the forefront of a very large and underground musical movement.

No one who's not really famous or rich does a party at Capitale just for the hell of it..

Good point. That makes sense. I do know that proceeds for this event are going to charity and possibly Antonio De Angelis hopping on board as well maybe makes him feel comfortable in his decision to play there for that event?

WTF do you know....

the guy has been playing the states for years and headlines some of the most mainstream clubs in the US....

okay so this isn't really as much of a dj gig party as it is a huge gala, 007 style.

get dressed up, drink and party all night bond style. as a huge 007 fan.. i think it's pretty cool.

i honestly see this (especially the gala) as more of a networking party that's sure to have some hot chicks, good food and all sorts of people.

"Sweet Treats by Baked by Melissa" as part of admission. i think those are the only cupcakes i like more than crumbs. they're so small i could eat two dozens. lolz.

anyway - cool .

Hahhahahahahah "Sweet Treats by Baked by Melissa"
