hey Fairy Liquid

Australia is a beautiful country, im sure you will love it. Africa is beautiful too but is a rather dangerous place to be. If youre planning on visiting south africa, don't bother, the club scene there isnt what it used to be (it was huge in uplifting trance back in the day) but now the whole country is literally a HOLE!

oh yeh and if you like ure hardtrance then sydney is for you ;)
Mikrop
Agree with jace... Sydney for hard trance...
Melbourne for more progressive style (though we do have hard trance and hard house too)... Don't know about the other cities... Anyone?

Brisbane...all hard house and tech with a dash of trance on the side!! Only 2 of the local djs play trance.
Bedrock
(on a local level) Perth for Drum n Bass, Jungle, Hardcore, Hard Trance & Hard House, bit of tech aswell, the rest is pretty small

everyone comes out from under their stones when the internationals come though...

hehe good call

we think of the UK as being at the forefront of quality underground music, but its also the leader in cheeze and pop music

i dunno. all my favourite musicians, aside from BT, happen to be from the UK. Massive Attack, John '00' Fleming, Hybrid, New Order, Primal Scream, Alex Paterson, Dot Allison, Underworld, Placebo, Jan Johnston, Craig David... it's gotta be the best place for musicians, me thinks.

If you like your progressive/dark/deep thaen buy this CD when you get to Melbourne:

Bedrock
Astroboy: you know where its at ;)

fieroavian: u missed the point of what I said, I meant, that beside the quality acts you listed, the UK also comes out with a lot of commercially generated cheeze...

by the way, isn't J00F from Dublin, Ireland?
