I think their model is "underground/music-oriented" fridays and "commercial/YOLO crowd" saturdays. Not Bad. |

I don't see it that way at all. The underground crew has deep pockets as well. The yolo crowd may be willing to shell out for cover but they also tighten up once inside the club where the real money is made.
I think Marquee is more interested in throwing quality parties to have the big fish and tourists wanting to visit their club and throw money into tables.
Also, it is a lot more expensive booking the yolo djs. |

he is probly the most overrated dj out there
as for marqee they have to make money so i can see why they are doing this
i have no intrest in going to see him or any pop dj's anyway

went to both Gareth and Ferry at pacha...
gareth had great vibe, great crowd, great music... overall great time!
ferry was mediocre vibe and crowd, and music was unremarkable... overall forgettable night.
just my 2 cents, to keep the Gareth haters at bay. :) |
