You can have just as much fun at Ultra as you can at a European festival. The crowds are generally better in Europe but the crowd in the Carl cox tent is just as good IMO.
Ibiza is an entirely diff story, very expensive and has its pockets of cheese as well.
New things always seem the best so my suggestion is to spread the love around. If you've never been to Ultra you'll have a blast. The Megastructure is one of the best "venues" in the world. |

My first time, plan on spending most of my time in the Megastructure...at the end of it all im sure it will be money well spent on a great time |

It will be. I wish edcny and electric zoo supported the tech scene as much as Ultra this year, maybe they will...it seems things are shifting. |

Ive never been to EDC but i think Electric Zoo does with Sunday School..the production may not be that massive but its still a dedicated tent all 3 days for the underground music. Though last year line up was somewhat weak compared to 2011 but i blame that on EDC contracts |
