I am pretty sure they sign an exclusion agreement with goldenvoice - they aren't allowed to play in so cal for either weeks or a monthish before/after coachella. I remember reading about it once, but I don't remember the specifics. I also am not sure if it applies to every single person on the lineup or just a majority |

I am really surprised either of them aren't there. Previous years have been a lot of the pop stuff-AVICII, Aoki, Guetta, SHM, Calvin Haris, etc...
Seems like they went for a different EDM style this year. |

2 years ago Sven Vath played a show at the music box the day after coachella ended on a monday, the show was hosted by Insomniac.
I can see Luciano, Hawtin, Cassy, Troxler having shows at Exchange and Sound come Coachella. |

I'm going saturday and sunday because I have buddies performing each of the days and I want to see Postal Serivce on Sat and on Sun WU-TANGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG!!!!!!
I never go to Coachella to see EDM acts because less than a month prior I saw them in Miami at WMC so its kinda meh. |

Almost positive the show was put on by Golden Voice. I hosted the patio upstairs. |
