Sounds like a unicorn trance producer's attempt at dark progressive trance.
Why is it named "Spilt Coffee"? It has all this reverb and delay and sounds like it's trying pretty hard to be epic. Yet the name is something random and mundane that could have happened at your boring office job this morning. What.
How about "Jammed Copy Machine" or "Corrupted Microsoft Excel Files" or "Secretary Being Harassed By Manager"? I know those make me think epic melancholy trance for sure.

Perhaps this is the future of the genre: Administrative Trance. The turgid overproduction represents the wasted resources that permeat any office and the constant breakdowns represent the frustrating inability to get into a genuine workflow due to the IT guy not coming in until 11am and then he's got to take a look at the servers and sort out Barry's emails, so he won't be able to deal with your problem until after lunch, so you'll have to prioritise some lesser tasks until then and just end up posting facetious nonsense on TranceAddict. It's a postmodern statement on 21st Century human life. Club popularity continues to decline but against the odds, Gareth Emery's latest mix CD wins the Turner Prize for modern art.
