wow

Can't think of a smoother reverb. 200$ but it really is ing great. Their partnership with softube has been killer. Set the tail as long as you can. Maybe its just the you bought it so you think its awesome but it is up there with lexicon and 64 bit. And just smoother.

I wish they would do a clone of the alesis 3630. The 160 was great. And as cheap as the hardware unit for the daft punk compressor is, would be nice to have a plugin.

You gotta start posting links when you make threads like this.

Hold on there tiger. the 3630 was a little ty (I know that's the point) and only really any good on drums. You better hope Palm doesn't see this thread: that man has issues when it comes to these :toothless

The DBX (not alesis) 160 was a great balls out, hard knee cheap compressor and both Universal audio and URS have done really authentic versions of it.

Why don't you buy a UAD card or two run it? :p

All reverb plugs are obsolete since Valhalla, the 3630 is real e and the Daft Punk story is an urban legend

I still miss Reason RV7000 reverb. The best reverb for claps, i havent found anything near in VST-world.

Is there any plate reverb where you can adjust exact time without any kind of tale and EQ it there? Sounds kind of EOS audio damage infinite but you can adjust time of "infinite" lol.

no. Perhaps the new ones but the whole urban legend thing is itself a hoax. yes it is ty and thats why it sounded so particular. ty things tend to colour a signal. ty preamps give you colour you don't tend to find in expensive class A preamps. Their newer stuff after homework sure, i wouldn't doubt it that they started using something else but then that is when they started to suck. It wasn't just them. Falke , Braxe, oizo and well i suppose that includes justice.

Valhalla is great but it can't fill the role of IR verbs and i find the room algo just not for me. None the less, the new partnership with softube has delivered some great products.

I had 2 quads. They didn't upgrade to 64 bit and I was pissed off. I miss the neve compressor the 160 and and a few others but not something you have to have . The NI 160 is good enough. I still prefer the chandler on snare drums. They had this rediculous promo were if you had a powercore , they would give you a coupon for like 1500 in plugins. But ya, it took them too long to make them 64 bit. I remember the letter in like november 2011. They barely made their promise releasing some of them by december 2012. They really should give everyone a free plugin for that bull.

also URS just seems to have disappeared. The 1975, thats the one i find is like the 160 although maybe you are talking about the CSP. They still don't have 64 bit plugins.
