Good Looking Records has come out with a couple new white labels of classic LTJ Bukem singles with new mixes to accompany them and older releases in digital format.

It reminded me of my favorite producer Artemis on the GLR label. I know absolutely nothing about this artist but he is my favorite jungle/DnB artist from the 90's. I've tried looking on facebook and cannot find a trace of the guy. Not even sure what country he's from and there's just a Discogs picture of him with a Dallas Cowboys hat.

Does anyone know a thing about this guy? I wish he'd come back and produce that soul soothing liquid sound he had.

I stumbled upon your post on google after revisiting some of his tunes.I really enjoy his music too! It seems that he has completely stopped producing music - which is a real shame.

Afer doing a little research on google, I found out some information on this guy.

Born as Oliver Lomax, this child prodigy began piano lessons at the age of six before moving on to orchestral brass instruments, particularly the French horn. After performing in a number of philharmonic orchestras, Lomax enrolled in the Harrow School for Young Musicians and then eventually won a coveted spot in the London College of Music's renowned music technology program in 1994. With his sound-engineering degree, Lomax began producing drum'n'bass as Shogun, releasing records for the Renegade label. Soon he joined the ranks of LTJ Bukem's Good Looking Records label and saw his compositions released on the label's acclaimed Earth series. In addition to the Earth series, Lomax has also contributed to the label's downtempo sublabel, Cookin' Records.

Nice little back story, not sure I've seen this. Every now and then I do a random search for on him. I think I'd have better luck putting him on milk cartons.
