I believe so, as I can't see who else could've deleted the thread. It wasn't me (I can't do it), it wasn't Sushi (the most active COR mod), and I find it unlikely that Swamper or Chinamon bothered to erase the thread unless Bradd80's pm'd them and they silently stepped in. That doesn't sound like anything they would do, although I could be mistaken.
