Where can I buy body lights, LED, el wire and such for dance parties?

Hi guys, the subject says it all. I want to buy some flashy gear for a dance party. I need some light gear stores (preferably cheap) somewhere in Manhattan. Not looking for online stores.

There's a store on 29rd btwn broadway and 6th that sells 1 dollar quality glowsticks and other light up things. It closes around 5 pm though.
There's a Spencer's gifts at 691 Broadway.
If you're looking for "rave gear" though, online stores are your best option. There aren't any "rave gear" stores in Manhattan.
