Every time the tickets get sold down to the last 2 or 3, magically 10 more appear.
Maritime laws prohibit having too many people on board (over capacity)
Hopefully they aren't overselling the boat... |

they are just transferring tickets from RA to Want. Happens all the time, there is actually a system that allows the two to talk together. |
