| CHina is offering lip service, Anything that can shift the word military balance in their favour is a good thing. This won't change a thing other than increase the current aid they receive as USA continues their appeasement strategy. The threat of nuclear force is the only thing keeping South Korea, USA and anyone that wants a little piece at bay. |

| that is the plan except they have nukes aimed at every non ally neighbour. The only reason there is a north korea is because they have a button that can kill a lot of people. Nuclear deterrence is the only way to stop USA bullying. The only reason people still have them as well. |

Well yeah, they've been sending them a ton of money. Recent articles say that they might extend sanctions, but will likely remain their ally.

Edit: I should clarify that China was especially adamant that NK not do another nuke test, and obviously they've rebuffed Beijing again. |
