How I get a high quality burned audio cd? What program to use to get the best quality & what I have to do with MP3 files if they are in bad quality , with noises etc... ?

To burn CDs I've been using Adaptec Easy CD Creator 4.0 and have had no problems with it. :) :)
GrimReaper
I use Nero for burning audio CDs, CloneCD for making exact copies (images of a cd) of existing audio CDs, then burn the images and the cue with Nero.

And if u use mp3s as the source for an audio cd, u need to decode them from .mp3 to .wav before burning, otherwise the cd won't be playable on normal cd players.

For mp3 decoding i use a simple, small software called Mp3 Decoder, by HPL Software.

listen to grim on this one. obviously if you're asking about burning cd's you probably don't know what a cue sheet is. basically it is the times that the songs change on a cd so USE NERO so you can use these sheets. it'll stop the 72 min long clips of a set or whatever so that you can switch songs like a normal cd.:tongue3 :tongue3 :tongue3 :tongue3 :tongue3 :tongue3

you dont need to do this if u use nero as it converts mp3 files to wav files for you!! why use anything else when theres good old, trusty nero!?

I think there was a proggie to remove the noises. I think it was called mp3uncook or something...

Just use CR-R Audio Blank CDs rather than the normal CDRs...

I burnt my mix on the CDR Audio and the quality improved 200%.

I use MP3 CD Burner, it lets you set fades, how long you want you songs to overlap and cuts out silence. You can adjust the volume settings so if you have a weaker sounding MP3 it will automatically adjust it to match the highest track, I personally like it a lot better than Adaptec.

Use NERO to burn mp3's and FEURIO for cuesheets (.cue).
