when you're at a music event, it's never much fun when people are talking over the music.
If it's just a short comment here or there, esp. when it's about what is actually going on, it's bearable, because it's confined and on-point.
But if you're at a flute recital at the 92nd Street Y, and two people are exchanging tips about how to best cure their newborns' diaper rashes, or discussing how often one must sharpen a lawnmower blade for a good lawn, you just want to scream at them:
"GET THE OUT, you're being an annoying "
Mostly you don't because THAT would annoy other people, but you really wish you would.
Now why did that just come to mind I wonder? |

I went last Saturday for a bday (horrible DJ) but the club is great and very well run. Good looking crowd and it was a complete show, lmao.
Saw sleepy&boo chillin off to the side but couldn't make it thru the crowd to say hi.
Was never overpacked which was nice. I believe Marquee has some heat on them right now about being overcrowded. Also was hoping to see some kryo but didn't....hope the fire Marshall didn't put the kabosh on that as well.
Anyways, can't wait to go back on a fri for proper music. |
