| i was thinking about buying ableton and was wondering which version to get. also if i buy it does it come with all the sounds loaded in it? i talked to a producer named airbase...check out his website here..airbasemusic.com i'm trying to make these kind of sounds. listen to his samples on his page. i wanted to know...which ableton version do i have to buy to make this kind of sounds and does it come with these sounds and beats and basslines built in it? where does he get his effects basslines synth sounds from? do they come pre loaded in ableton? |

| of course it does. when you install ableton you become airbase. |

| Any version. You need the airbase mod tho. All his sounds are then there for you with premade tracks for you to release. |

| Buy ableton 8 or 9 suite editions they are maxed out with all the loops, sounds, templates, instruments, etc... they give you everything. 9 comes out in early march. If u buy 8 now u can upgrade to 9 for free. |

| there is a website called Producerbox.com they sell templates for ableton - fruity - cubase etc, they helped get the sound i wanted especially the Darren Porter ones, they are pretty big sounds - just make sure you got the relevant VST's installed - check em, |

| download the torrent first and try it. u might not need all the extra functionality, library and instruments. |
