| It's not chump change, but 50 million still seems pretty cheap for a company as influential as beatport in today's electronic scene. I guess they were making less money than I thought. |

i was thinking the same thing. I would have assumed at least $100 mill or something higher.
i wonder if this is the start of the "EDM bubble" popping??

| If they were worth a lot more, they would've been sold awhile ago. Profit margins are prob pretty damn slim on top of salaries and operations. |

| This Robert F. X. Sillerman guy is bad news for dance music. All the terrible Live Nation stuff taking over the US festival scene is a clear sign of what this guy wants to do. Monopolize the market and turn everything into a cash cow. |
