quit E back in 2006, quit weed about a week ago - got to the point where I used to smoke several joints a day - completely wrecked me and was making me dumber than Jay and Rusty combined. Hard liquor doesn't work on me unless I drink more than 1/2 of bottle and next day is basically ed.
I'm sticking mostly to beer or two once in a Blue Moon (har har) and wine. |

Haven"t had a drink in 2 weeks now. I'm doing 6 weeks as a kind of atheist lent for spirtual and health reasons. I used to drink everyday but I'm finding quitting is a lot easier than I thought it would be. Oh, and I'm 35 since you were wondering about people in their 30s.
I quit hard party favors years ago. |

Six weeks and going strong.
Just picked up a book on the laws of attraction, so going to dive into that now that I'm focused and have a clear mind.
The gym has been awesome, too. |

Yeah, I normally celebrate with a few drinks if I'm able to go a couple days with drinking.
I've actually barely drunk the last three weeks. Only a couple times a week. Haven't drunk so little since I was like 16. Gonna get housed tonight. |
