You want gigs? Go out, network, bring demos with you, market yourself on the internet, get a radio show, make a track and get it heard etc.
If you arent doing any of that... Dont expect any gigs. |

Guess Im still living in 2005 then :p DJ's bring me demos all the time when they come to my events and I dont book anyone without first hearing a demo or hearing them live. |

This, plus networking. No one listens to demos. Maybe they'll scan through it but everyone is a DJ now it's too time consuming to filter out who's serious. Networking is more the thing and then give a demo. And producing.
