I don't exactly know if this is where you're supposed to post questions and like this but I basically have one question.
How do I become a DJ, like where can I start out on making tracks? I know there's this thing called Fruity Loops, but I just want some actual suggestion and a bit of guidance on what I should do because I'm passionate about music and I want to create my own.

There is a difference between producing (which is what you want to do) and DJing (ie beat matching, putting on a show, mixing tracks properly etc etc) There is a producer section here I believe

I'd recommend something else, unless you're just doing it for fun. The "DJ" market is so over saturated right now, odds are the only thing you're going to be DJing at is in your bedroom or at a friends party.
Producing is the way to go, then once you can make good music, just pick up on DJing. Making good music isn't just as easy as running computer software though, it's an art form, much like painting or photography. Sure everyone can do it, but you have to just have it in your blood to truly be something special.
