On DHS047 we bring back Mr. Tony Smart from Canada with a fun filled 6 track release. Tony doesn't disappoint as he touches all aspects of the house genre. Tony has the ability to make a tune in every genre, and he shows off the fun factor in his ability here!¶First off, Tony gives us beat gose bang.¶On Beat Goes Bang, Tony brings big tough beats, funky synth stabs, cool vocals, and makes a filthy funky house track. Imagine being at a warehouse party at 4am, that is the sound that Tony brings on beat goes bang!¶Jorge Escobar flips the script on his remix of beat goes bang, hard synth and tech sounds, made for an afternoon on la playa, with a cana in hand. Nice!¶Jose Zaragoza brings his blend of uptempo fun, and deep house grooves. Jose adds a bit of soul, and still keeping it funky, feel the keys and bassline hit your body. Hot!¶On Club Crawler, Tony brings a blend of nu disco, funk, and broken beat to this funky funky tune. Little horn sounds, funky guitar bassline, little synth hits, a piano to died for, this is perfect for a sunday afternoon stroll on the beach. Tony goes off on this one!¶Next up is Wish, and Tony uses a Stevie Wonder sample, and funks it up, and makes a fun hands in the air tune, to make everyone smile! ¶On The last track of the ep, Black Byrd Pie, what we can say, other than are you ready to get funky?
