Or "supper," right?

Ugh, that bothers me. It's a midwest thing, I think- Breakfast, Dinner, then Supper. NO. THAT'S WRONG. TRY AGAIN.

That's how he is, and there are more like him there.. not saying everyone in NYC sounds like that but seriously find some new to rip on, this is pretty weak and played out. And the fact that he's asian doesn't mean either, get a ing grip.

this wasn't really directed towards you so don't worry about it.

and we say 'breakfast, lunch and dinner/supper' :stongue:
Halcyon+On+On
Even that is understandable. But there are some communities of such reputation that they call lunch, the middle meal of the day, "dinner", and the last meal of the day being "supper". It's inhuman.

that's how we say it here in south Texas

Whenever I hear the word "supper," I think of an old man in a rocking chair getting called to the DINNER table.

"Hey papi, your supper is ready."

I rarely hear anyone around here use it.
Lira
What's wrong with supper? What else do you call the meal after dinner? :conf:

they just hating weiner, that's all the ammo they got and im sure it pisses them the off. my father taught me two things, never touch the red caps on the floor and to always hold true when you grew up. as a working professional I hold in my heart the lessons the streets have taught me, no one will ever tell me differently and it will be exactly what I teach my children
