Where can I find tasteful EDM today?

The last 5 years have seen pop music increasingly take a stranglehold on EDM. The local pop music station in DFW, TX (106.1 KISS FM) is now playing "dance music". Beatport.com is more "commercial" than ever before. The top trance tunes on Beatport have a lot of the current "pop" sounds that have become so big in modern house music. Armin, of all people, is starting to look more like Tiesto everyday. The name Tiesto should be upgraded to a "curse word". Yuck.
I did get a brief relief by listening to Sasha Live @ BPM festival 2013, so I know that good music is out there somewhere (unless he was playing a bunch of old tunes).
Anyways, where can the good music be found these days? Is EDM doomed forever? |

Find a DJ or two that plays music you find tasteful.
Figure out the specific artists that make the music you find tasteful that the DJ was playing.
Figure out what labels release the music that the artists make that you find tasteful.
Follow the DJ(s), the artist(s) and the label(s). Problem solved. |

There is so much music out there. More music than ever before. A lot more garbage, sure, but a lot more music TOTAL regardless.
If you can't find anything that you like, you're probably just being lazy. :)
