hey! how long have you been making music?
everyone's gotta start somewhere - this one's not that good, but you can learn from it and move forward: find a real kick - this one makes me think of the sound an upside down plastic wastebasket makes when you drop it on carpet. go easy on the delay on snares like the one in the intro here. pay attention to how your elements sound together, not just on their own. but pay attention to how they sound on their own as well (that pad is wispy, too weak on its own for example). try making your own drum lines. experiment. finish everything you start. have fun, but have patience :) good luck! |
