Sadly huge mega pop-stars can & will. They'll pay some sort of fine, but if the tracks blows up & is huge enough, the fine will be minuscule in comparison to the money generated from sales of the single.

Even though I dislike the music being out of Anjunabeats, I hope they sue the out of the other label.

That's a complete rip off. Even though sampling pretty common in many types of music, they should have cleared that before releasing it. On the other hand, it puts Arty and Matt Zo in a good situation to negotiate some hefty royalties and get some good exposure from the song. I'm not a fan of their music, but as they said, this will work out in their interest

Ahaha.. they do have a couple few good songs though. This one always puts a smile on my face, even though I don't know most of what they're saying.. yet I can rap along to half of the lyrics.
