As an aside, I had to delete a huge douche from my FB because he was 100% into PUA crap, and every ing post was about being a "pimp" and a "player". rot die. The most hilarious thing is that, if this worked and he was such a "pimp", why did his GF leave him? Lol. Fag.

Most PUA's are insecure nerds who wouldn't know how to hold onto a girlfriend if they found one willing to stick around. They take advantage of and manipulate stupid and easy girls to boost their self esteem, and drop them the moment they need to lower their PUA pimp-wall and let someone get to know who they actually are. Thus they are "always getting laid" and "never getting rejected", protecting their fragile egos until they're 45, lonely, and running the same tired routines they were using in their 20's.

I said "most" Eric, calm down.

Part of my BPM certification required classes in addressing audiences with steep technology learning curves as those are the most resistant to change. There are many tools that you can use that will change the attitude of your colleagues, to be more accepting of change. I wouldn't say it's a perfect example of what you wish to accomplish, but body language and buzz words were some of the more useful tools I've learned to communicate with. Within the TA setting, i don't mind throwing out the words like my boys crib was bumping last night. Buzz words helped open the conversation because it not only confused them, it opened up the dialog because they started with questions. I found it easier to delegate by creating interest, when someone's genuinely interested perhaps they would do their job better.

Now better is subjective, better from corporates stand point surround efficiency. A person with a steep learning curve has a harder time working efficiently. Any change to this is viewed as a threat against their job. So you need to gain interest before you can change a process at work. Posturing when addressing is another stern and formal 'look', you can be welcoming and open but still be ignored.

I really think at the end of the day, we were taught how to manipulate people even if it weren't in a malicious way.

What's a bpm certificate and why do you need one now that there's autosync?

No, but seriously, what is it?
