Help finding a song?

Let me start off by saying that this is a long shot and the description I am giving may be no help at all but I have been looking for a song for quite some time now.
I heard a Electronic/Dance/Trance type song a few years ago that samples the melody similiar to the one found in this song at 14 seconds http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UsWlcz6mscU
and in this songs at around 26 seconds in this song

In this trance song there was a female vocalist who said something in the same melody as the samples above but am not sure what the lyrics were. It was the only words in the song I believe.
Again sorry for the poor description, was just hoping someone might have some idea.

I can confirm its tiesto - fly (arcadia190's rising stars mix)
however...i don't think its around anymore. try going on youtube for it.
Its one of those super rare records that took the TA community a few years to ID |

Thanks for the confirmation! Been looking for awhile now and its like the track never existed! Someone has to have an mp3 or something or on which album it can be found on |
