hell yea im serious, the heat, regular season we took 3 of 4 from miami i'm no where near afraid of them I actually am more afraid of Chicago than I am of miami and the knicks will probably have to go through indy to get there.

Yea, the playoffs should just stop now because no one is beating the Heat... Right.
The Knicks have a better chance than anyone in the West to beat the Heat.
First, Lebron has to guard Melo and he hasn't done a good job of that all year (or any time, for that matter). Melo is on the top of his game right now AND hasn't nearly peaked in the playoffs yet (but he's still putting up 34 and 36 in two games). Lebron and Melo cancel each other out imo.
Second, dealing with D-Wade isn't as bad as you might think. We have great perimeter defenders in Shumpert and Prigioni (yes, Prigioni is a great defender behind the arc and can hold them from getting any type of easy shots). I'm sure Wade is going to put up 20-25 but so can JR... And who's guarding JR when Wade and Lebron are on the bench???
Third, Chris Bosh. LOL. Kenyon Martin is going to put him on his ass and he's going to start settling for crappy 15 foot jump shots. Because of that, they're going to get killed on the boards.
Who's going to guard Chandler on the Heat? They have zero inside presence, they have an awful bench, their pointguard is pretty much equal to Felton (or slightly worse).
When you look at the bench battle, I don't even think it's really a competition. Ray Allen in his prime would be great but at this point he's just another Novak.
Not only did the Knicks beat them 3/4, but in game 4 (when the Heat were in the midst of their win streak), the Knicks were up by 10+ (maybe 15+ I can't remember).
I'm not saying they're GOING to beat the Heat, but I just gave great reasons why it's going to be a 6-7 game series and they do have a chance to win.

I know this is the Knicks thread but I just heard that Westbrook is out for the season, an injury... I was hoping for OKC to win if Knicks can't do it. If Knicks won't beat that fugly Heat team come conference finals then might as well just hand them the championship right after. I hate injuries.
