I can get my hands on a pair of Numark Pro TT1s, should I go for it?
I've read some pretty good reviews, what do you guys think?
ALSO, IF ANYONE TELLS ME TO GO BUY TECHS, I WILL COME TO THEIR HOUSES AND HURT THEM!!!
I'm not about to go drop over $1,000cad on Techs right now. I'm just a bedroom DJ, and I don't know if I want to make a career of this yet. And for somone like me who makes $7.10/hr, $1000 is a big investment.
Finally, Citronic PDQ vs. Numark Pro TT1... ideas? |

| Dont do it, torque is very low, if you dont have enough mony for tech's , get GEMINI PT 2100 or GEMINI PT 2400 , 2400 is the best of the 2 |

| TT1s have more then 2.2kgf.cm starting torque, that's not bad at all. Same as PT-2400 |

Both the STanton STR8-100 and PT-2100/2400/2410 are rated at 2.2kg/cm
But in real life they arent faster than the 'rated' 1.5kg/cm of the 1200's... but they do come close... (good enough)
The TT-1 has slower torque than the PT-2100/2400/2410.. but i doubt you could tell the difference when you are mixing. I didnt mind the speed of my mate's TT-1, and it did seem like a nice stable TT.
If you can get the TT-1's for cheaper than PT-2100/2400/2410, you should definately go for it!:) |
