No sadly enough I'm not, seems to me, Marco V and Johan there were way to many guys there. I hope to god Mauro at system is not like that, not that I am homaphobic or anything, I just want to be around hot chicks when I listen to Trance. If I am surrounded by guys, I might as well go to a heavy metal concert. |

I have been to systems and to my surprise there were a lot of girls there when I went so you might get lucky. Hope you do.

I have found in the past that System is good for the men to women ratio (well, better than most). Just don't make the mistake I made one night... showing up on a gay night. Now I don't know if it was an official gay night, or there was a private party or what, but I was really uncomfortable. Fortunately my clubbing partners are women, so... still a very odd, uncomfortable night. I left early. But that was one night and most of the other times I've been to SS everything has worked out really well.

on the contrary...the male to female ratio at metal concerts is about 1:1...
however if u want 3:1(male:female), then u should go for some chip chop or Har 'n' Bee nights or even cheapstyle nights |

I'd suggest going outside Toronto to Oshawa or Niagara Falls...girls like to party out there and aren't as uptight as T.O. women.
As for Toronto, Devils Martini and the Big Easy (aka the Big Sleazy) are good ... Tonic on thursdays used to be alright but it's turned into a sausage factory. |

When was this?? I never knew that Systems had gay nights or something like that..lol
I have some friends that are gay and yes, I do go out with them and party!! Man...gay guys know how to have a good time! lol (Nothing bad tho I mean partying wise--for those of you perverts out there ;) )
Anywho....Systems is good as far as I know. I'm looking forward to going there for Picotto :)

Yep, I'll go anywhere for a party. I've been anywhere from a "goth" club (yes I went as myself, no black make up or like that) to a "gino" crap ass club such as Palazzo. And it really is too bad about the T.O women being somewhat uptight (however NOT all are like that, just in my exp the majority). As proof I met this one girl at Whiskey Saigon (before it closed down) from Ireland, she basically noticed how "pretentious" I think is the word she used the women of T.O are... :( :( but I say just take things as they come, and why are you people looking at clubs to go meet women? Try elsewhere in addition to that...school, work, wherever. I mean at clubs there are a load of other people looking for the same thing as you who might have a better chance ie more competition. Go somewhere where the odds are in your favor.:D |

They didn't, atlest as far as I know it wasn't official. It was more like a spontanious thing. The joint was packed with guys and I got hit on like 5 times... had I been high I might've been more blasé and taken it as a complement, but I wasn't so I didn't... a very uncomfortable night.
But I love System, and it was only that night. Every other night I've been there (well almost every night) it has been great. I'll no doubt end up there Friday or Saturday.
