| he won't serve any time. rich people never go to jail. and if they convict him, they'll just appeal it. the guys loaded now... rich people don't serve time. |

It depends on how good the evidence is. If it's good, he could serve time. If it's not great, either 1) the defense takes its chance and goes for the innocent verdict, or 2) a plea deal to reduce charges, kill any jail time...and just pay a huge fine or something plus community service.
Him being rich might make the prosecution want to make a statement. Really depends on the prosecutor and the jury selected. It can often be a bad thing in courts. |

| Even if he does do time it would be way less than the 14 years being threatened. Besides, he's built Insomniac up enough so even if he does go to jail for a couple years he'll just come out with a few more millions in the bank. |

14 years is maximum sentence if he is found guilty on all counts and the judge gives him the maximim (which is highly unlikely since he probably does not have a criminal record) |

It's a bad time for him; it's an election year for Mayor and corruption to city officials is a big ticket item for both candidates.
I'm not sure he's guilty but I actually think that if there is evidence, they will come down on him hard as bribery city officials is a really big deal right now and they'll make an example out of him. I doubt 14 years but probably 3-5, with 2 served and a big fine. |
