Help me identify this synth?

I'm terribly sorry if this is in the wrong forum, but I plan to use the knowledge gained from this post in a future production.

I was wondering if anyone could help me with identifying the vocal synth used in the beginning of the song "Baby Boomers" by Absolom. I really love how lo-fi it sounds, it reminds me of the Temple of Time music from Ocarina of Time. If anyone can identify it, you will have my gratitude!

Sounds like it could be from an early Emu or even Fairlight library, although in reality it could be from any number of sample libraries over the last 30 years.

What kind of equipment did you start out with?

An Atari 1040 computer, a Korg M1 synthesizer, and an EMU ESI-32 sampler.

How much do you normally charge for doing a remix?

I think it's around £10.000-£15.000. But best is to contact our management who take care of everything.

Holy
Looney4Clooney
that is an m1 preset.

And that interview was in 2002 and the producer had a huge hit out. if he is still doing music, he isn't getting even a 10th of that.
