Help me identify this synth?

I'm terribly sorry if this is in the wrong forum, but I plan to use the knowledge gained from this post in a future production.
I was wondering if anyone could help me with identifying the vocal synth used in the beginning of the song "Baby Boomers" by Absolom. I really love how lo-fi it sounds, it reminds me of the Temple of Time music from Ocarina of Time. If anyone can identify it, you will have my gratitude!

| Sounds like it could be from an early Emu or even Fairlight library, although in reality it could be from any number of sample libraries over the last 30 years. |

that is an m1 preset.
And that interview was in 2002 and the producer had a huge hit out. if he is still doing music, he isn't getting even a 10th of that. |
