Having been described by Above & Beyond's Tony McGuinness as his favourite track from "Anjunabeats Volume 10", Ronski Speed's second single outing on the label sees him join forces with L.A. talent Syntrobic and Renee Stahl, for the beautiful "Pink Skye".
Combining a modern club groove with old school trance flavours, "Pink Skye" has become a favourite in Above & Beyond's recent DJ sets. The driving bass gives way to a sumptuous piano-lead riff and haunting vocals from Renee Stahl, before falling into a mesmerising peak time release.
Having become a regular fixture on Above & Beyond's Group Therapy radio show, UK based producer Toby Hedges joins the Anjuna family with a classy progressive reworking. Taking a more uplifting approach, Toby invigorates the melody with a euphoric chord sequence and clever sampling of the original vocals for an equally club infused debut.
