is everyone in oklahoma fat?

i've been looking at the pics of the aftermath of that tornado and the one thing that really stood out to me was how just about everyone there is overweight/obese.
can anyone that has been there confirm if it's indeed the case, that everyone, or just about everyone, there is in fact overweight? why has this not been declared a health emergency already. |
