Yea, but he has the right to tell them to off.
They didn't have an arrest warrant, so they didn't have probable cause to be in his apartment.
No wonder he was living in Florida.

Right, he wasn't formally arrested. And it wasn't a lone agent- he was accompanied by two State Troopers. So the possibility that the FBI wanted him executed is laughably bogus; he'd obviously be far more valuable alive than dead, don't you think?
No, this guy was probably looking down the barrel of his inevitable fate, knowing what he did, and lost it. He was obviously not a stable person in the first place, and so he acted out and got himself shot. True, a bullet in the brain does seem a bit drastic if you envision there were 3 law enforcement officers in proximity of him, but the Agent did what he had to do to prevent himself from being stabbed.
Anyway, Obama did Oklahoma. Don't believe what you read in the papers! SHEEEP! |

And I never thought the Boston bombings were a conspiracy. It's a matter of trying to read between the lines and questioning everything you read and hear. |
