| I think that whether or not the charges are criminal is up in the air, but to use a terrorism charge is absurd. It's pretty clear they want to make an example of him, at least in Mass. state court. First of all he hasn't made any specific threats, OR committed any terrorist act. If an actual legitimate criminal charge was proposed and bail set, it would not be such an injustice. |
