Something legal and non-alcoholic. I just really get wound up sometimes and need to chill down. Any ideas?

If your body ain't makin' enough of it, you can pick some tablets at any health store.

I haven't used it much myself, but I hear kava kava is the kind of thing you're looking for.

Excellent magnesium supplement, won't induce the same drowsiness melatonin does.

Also, my go-to for clinically proven supplementation - http://www.informationisbeautiful.n...il-supplements/ - quite a few above the "worth it" line that assist in lowering blood pressure.

You want like...pills/supplements? What about regular meditation and breathing exercises? Yoga? Regular massages? Ah man I want regular massages. :/
Spacey Orange
i was thinking something more along the lines of drinking or eating. but pills could also work.

Is it for overall relaxedness or for acute situations?

I actually don't know much about natural supplements aside from the stuff already mentioned...I'm just curious. :o

I just get too amped up sometimes, and i can become a pompous and become really difficult to deal with. One time my employ said something innocuous under his breath and i grabbed his arm and said Say it again. Say it again." I was ready to punch him. I was looking for something to slow me down.

Maybe theres nothing to cure that
