I would like to go into their studio and delete their sample database. They could have atleast changed the kick when they made Gemini after Fancy Fair.

dont start comparing tunes of an artist cause its normal that 2 songs sound the same sometimes....think about cosmic gate or dumonde, they all have their sound and sometimes they ressemble each other thats it
i admit that these 2 are quite the same but......

True, except in this case...

Fancy Fair
In The Line Of Things
Dulce Vita
Alesis

...all basically have the same melody.

Yes! Their tracks do sound so similar, I think deleting their samples is in order for sure. It appears that katana thought "Hmmm Fancy Fair was a great track and big name DJs played it, even tiesto! So ill just recreate fancy fair a few times"

*coughATB/Darude Syndromecough*

I agree.
I like some of Katana's tunes and remixes, but a lot of times I find myself referring to them as "boring trance"....they just dont go anywhere! no buildup to anything!

and is it just me, or does Alesis sound like a remix of Sunburn?
