Is there anyway of adding tracks to myplay that arent on this site. On this site its just a case of copying to locker can this be done another way?

that all depends
this is so far the only site i have seen with a copt to locker button on it
i am sure there are others
but in your locker there is a button
that's called
upload from hard drive or similar to that
u can use that to upload stuff from your computer to the locker
or if other ppl have your log in and password
they can also upload tracks to your locker and download tracks too

yes there is a way
u do it like Swamper has done here
u have to affiliate with myplay.com
its on the locker how u do it a link to how u affiliate with myplay.com
i was thinking of doing something similar
but i cant get enuff webspace to host a decent amount of MP3 files :(
but i am going to go the FTP route :) |

I don't know about anyone doing that on this site...This is the only trance forum that mp3 sharing doesn't happen...
Maybe I should start to set an example... |

i have seen plenty of ppl on here share their MP3 files
some of the ppl on here have even gone to the trouble of burning tracks to CD and sending them to ppl
Infinity i know for one has done that . .
My GF and i have let ppl on here access our files
thro napster and thru our lockers,
we read the threads and know some tunes are harder to find than others so we make them available
she and i have a certain knack for finding the unfindable lol her more than me i must say :)
i could name at least 100 ppl on here that i have seen do the same thing
thru napster
thru links on the posts here
thru FTP
and thru myplay lockers
from what i have seen of TA in the last 3-4 months i been on the forums are a lot of good natured, fun loveing and caring ppl who are more than willing to share their music files . . . |

As long as I'm a MyPlay affiliate I'm bound by certain terms...
Facilitating an outlet whose main focus is on the distribution of personal email addresses & passwords to MyPlay locker is a violation of that -- those lockers are for YOU, nobody else... Sure they know people spread em around, but if I go around making that easier then..well..that wouldn't be good. |
