Rollercoaster carnival ride sound HOW?

How in the **** hell do you make this carnival ride sound?And no it;s not from a sample....it's using certain osciallations NAD PATCHES OR SOMETHING, like whats the base synth patch a guitar plucking string maybe? HELP.you all know this sound, its a a must know sound for the trance head

Sounds like an offset square wave with instability (through like an lfo) being played up and down an octave really fast, with a scratchy layer on top of it that has portamento. The scratchy layer having portamento and the square wave based synth not gives the feeling that its never really catching up.

could not find a single sound that has not been in a million other tracks and done with a software subtractive synth. Could you be more specific as i don't work at a carnival.

haha its ok i found a patch on my KC its called "future world", its the exact sound bro,
