I just uploaded a bunch of old school rave pix. I still have boxes full of them, but I like these. Look at the difference between the crowd then and now.

Back then, big events featured different genres in different stages so you didn't hear the same thing all over. They had everything from house to turntablism. At One Nation, I still remember that when the event was over, everyone started picking up the trash around them. That was cool.

- Enjoy

Old School Hawtin!

I remember that night, it was my first time hearing Hawtin live and it was a full on Techno assault by Hawtin=MIND BLOWN

That How Sweet It Is was one of the best parties I have ever been to. Probably one of the most memorable sunrise sets ever too- Max Graham in the dirt bowl banging Prog/Trance with the sun coming up. They stop the music, everyone yells "One More" and he plays "Mauro Picotto lizard" and the packed crowd goes bananas

I loved that event so much. I remember we were all stuck on traffic trying to get off the freeway. We weren't moving at all, so we all got out the cars and started dancing on top of them. The music was so good everywhere I went that it was hard to stay in one spot. I have way more pix, I'll post them later on my FB page.

The one with the toddlers was a daytime event that was right in the middle of Griffith Park and it was opened to the public and was pretty much a family event. There was no charge and no way to control the crowd. Anyone that was at Griffith Park could go and enjoy the music. Which plenty of people did. Some people were even BBQ'ing. It was a pretty chill event and everyone was cool about it. Even the cops were there hanging out and enjoy the music. Very positive vibes.
