Digital Dreams after-party

So I get to Moskito at 1am after the Digital Dreams party, small line-up, get in no problem. The Junkies were playing and I was enjoying their set however, everyone was saying that Richie Hawtin and Dubfire were going to play, so I was very much anticipating those 2 DJS to spin. I'm waiting and waiting... 3am rolls up and still no Hawtin or Dubfire so I decided to leave.
Then this morning a friend texted me that they saw Hawtin stop by earlier at Moskito, but then left. What a let-down.
Oh yeah and I steered very far from Guv. As usual it was a sweat box and a sardines in a can for Markus. |

| it was disgusttingly pack at guvernment till 6 am! and markus only went into the rabit hole aroudn that time for like 2 hrs....fail |

So Richie was booked to play an 'official' DD afterparty, but decided when he got to the club he'd rather not?

| We were waiting in line at Moskito saturday night, saw Richie get out of a cab, go up to the front of the line, and then get back in his cab. He didnt look too impressed... |

Richie was never booked to play any after parties. He wasn't on any flyers and nobody connected with the festival said he was playing... I did see the rumour mill put all sorts of ideas out there but everyone that was booked to play AP's did so... those that weren't didn't! (except Lawler who did a surprise set after Chus & Ceballos at Cobra)

We went to Markus on Saturday night as Digital Dreams was out of the question due to wedding commitments on sunday / monday.
Holy that place was rammed. Markus was terrific though...loved his music from 4am onwards. No cheese whatsoever!!! |

Ahhh fair enough, thanks for the clarification. Nice to see Richie is still operating at just regular douche level and hasn't progressed to uber douche yet ;) |
