I woke up late not even knowing the show had started yet. I recorded the last 20 minutes with my very nice sound card. I will do an analysis of it when I get back but I am pretty sure the quality was not broadcast by fritz in the first place. Plus you have crowd noise mixed in anyways(I happen to like hearing the crowd but it does also drop a lot of the quality) |

Before arguing, you could find out who actually DVB audio broadcast works. Every digital broadcast of standard DVB (S/T/C) has upper pass filter at 16kHz same as 128k mp3 by default. It doesn't mean quality is degraded.
The reason for this to save bandwidth on frequencies that are barely noticeable by older ppl as well as crippled by crappy radios (how many of your parents have proper sound system at home). Also it may have more reasoning that I'm not aware (google for it). |

| if you know some uploader for 560MB file without registration, i can upload my uncut TS file. Then someone can edit it in Sound Forge and will have rips ftom satellite stream in same quality. |
