I recently moved to the Portland area and am looking for some good places to buy music. What stores are the best for new and used CDs/vinly?

| my grandfather lives in hillsboro... ill be down there in a few weeks. as for music in portland, visit the hawthorne district... there are several good places there, one with a specific dedication to electronic music. |

| yea in seattle check out F-8 and platnium records. both have trance,breaks,hard house and other elec types. |

| also nrgmusic.com is in seattle. and i think they still do free shipping so it's quite nice if you can't find it at local stores. also f-8 and platnium are both basicly on broadway. easy to find.sorry don't remember the address |

| There are two (maybe 3 now) shops in downtown Portland...but I personally think they are lame. They carry a bunch of stuff...but that's what I think it is...stuff... Usually a bunch of little groupies hanging out in there...and don't ask them to track anything down...cuz they don't...or haven't for me at least. |

ummm, I know theres a platinum records in p-town, its on 2nd i believe
and could try out 360 vynl, but they have more hip-hop than anything |
