I find it very suprising that people found the french accent sillier than scandinavian ones. The french have the lovelyest accents!
This however is totally not surprising.

Some Canadians have hilarious accents (Cannucks from Newfoundland, Cape Breton, New Brunswick or Quebec) but the rest of us sound normal... (an argument could be made that Brampton Ontario residents also have funny accents..... ha ha ha inside joke)
I find most yanks outside jersey or NYC have pretty normal accents too.... but once you cross that mason dixon line and head south that american accent goes full retard and fast..... |

I don't know, I haven't had much interaction with Canadians that hail from more rural parts of the country, although yes I do hear there are some funny accents out there. But Dutch, as a whole, is just hilarious. |
