Sasha is nothing. His album is ok, but just think how many people helped him produce it!
I dont really like his dj skills at all. I bought GU In San Fracisco and i was very disapointed. I though he spin progressive and trance, but i only heard deep house and techno. The techno made the album ok. But the deep house was really bad choosed and it didnt make nothing for it. If his other mixed albums are in the same way i think u are all crazy to think he is a great dj.

wtf is this?
you are judging him on a compilation he made in 1998? his sound has evolved. the music has evolved.

what he plays now is dramatically different.
download his kiss100 set from a few weeks ago.

OK, i'll say this about AirDrawnDagger. It is like a fine wine. ONly people who can really appreciate fine music will appreciate it. I am aware that it is not a 100% sasha production. Sasha definatly isnt a BT around the studio. But, as a musician, Sasha really knows how to layer his sets. I dont like Digweed's style, but Sasha's use of amazing progressive (wit some powerful, yet subtle elements of trance)tracks is very good.

There is NO ONE, I mean NO ONE, who can create and lead a journey like Sasha. His Global Underground San Francisco is possibly the best out of all GUs, and may I say, of all mix compilations. The varoius styles of music he put into that comp, from house, to progressive, trance and hard trance blend perfectly together.

Btw, I am going to see him tonight! :)

you're an idiot! First off, that album came out in 1998...and secondly, techno??? where the hell do you hear techno?! Do you even know what techno is??? Back then the man was a prog trance DJ. I dunno what he spins nowadays, since I haven't had a chance to listen to any of his latest sets.

Airdrawndagger is amazing, at first it was only okay.. But the album gets better every time. Best album of 2002, indeed!

And the livesets this year have been amazing aswell.
