KANADA and Clash Magazine are proud to reveal that Kirin J Callinan will be playing a free and spontaneous show at The Old Blue Last in Shoreditch on Thursday, August 8th.

Kirin J Callinan has his own theory that the three great Australian bands, the Mt. Rushmore of Oz if you will, all have a criminal aspect to them: AC/DC = gang of outcasts raising hell, INXS = sexual deviancy, lasciviousness, and Nick Cave = murderous poet. Kirin has elements of all three, and in time, he will be the fourth face on that rock.
This free show nods towards his live performance at London’s Visions Festival this weekend, alongside ed Up, Jeffrey Lewis, Cloud Nothings, Koreless, Iceage, The Haxan Cloak, Micachu and Tirzah. You can buy tickets here: visionsfestival.com
