Who's getting sued for what? What kind of answer are you expecting in this age of instant gratification? I mean just download and do what ever you like with whatever you like. Jokes on all us dumb cvnts that try and do the right thing, right?

| If the track is big, and you have money, you will be sued and you will not see a penny. Does not matter how long the sample is. This is assuming you are the small guy. Kinda different when you have a team of lawyers to make it to expensive to actually sue someone and then you either cry in the corner or take a little off money. |
